Allissa Impink
Allissa Impink is the Director of Family Philanthropy and a Senior Philanthropic Advisor at the Central Indiana Community Foundation (CICF), where she partners with families to develop charitable strategies that build stronger, more equitable communities.
At Glick Philanthropies, she leads high-impact grantmaking efforts that support education, the arts, and economic mobility. She also advises the Central Indiana Senior Fund, investing in initiatives that improve the quality of life for older adults, and the African American Legacy Fund of Indianapolis, where she champions community-led philanthropy that uplifts and empowers Black residents.
In 2024, Allissa was elected to the Indianapolis Public Schools Board, representing District 4. As a Commissioner, she advocates for an equitable public education for students and families.
Allissa is also the proud mother of three daughters. Her lived experience as a parent shapes her deep commitment to women’s rights, reproductive freedom, and policies that ensure all families can thrive with dignity, safety, and opportunity.
