Kathleen DeLaney is Managing Partner at DeLaney & DeLaney LLC, handling all aspects of civil litigation practice on behalf of businesses and individuals, including Fortune 500 Companies, with an emphasis on employment law.

Kathleen is a founding board member of OCC. She’s passionate about gender equality in all aspects and her 'favorite' cases to litigate are pregnancy discrimination cases - which still arise remarkably often in her experience.

She is the mother of three adult children:  a daughter who is a lawyer at  Faegre Drinker; a son who is a cybersecurity analyst; and a son who is a history Ph.D. student. She enjoys playing tennis and pickleball, doing Reformer Pilates and walking for exercise.  She does the NYT crossword and other puzzles daily.

She loves to travel.  After COVID she began taking annual “sabbaticals” of 4-5 weeks at a time.
