Kelly Norton

Kelly Norton is a seasoned development and strategic planning professional with over 15 years of experience leading high-impact fundraising efforts, managing complex campaigns, and cultivating meaningful relationships across the nonprofit, political, and philanthropic sectors. Known for her collaborative leadership and results-driven mindset, Kelly has successfully raised over $100 million throughout her career, stewarding donor networks, corporate partnerships, and foundation support.

She most recently served as Vice President of Development at the Chicago Council on Global Affairs, where she directed multimillion-dollar campaigns and a robust annual events portfolio. Her earlier work includes serving as National Finance Director for Senator Joe Donnelly, Partner at KN Consulting, and Finance Director for multiple Indiana political campaigns and committees.

Kelly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Psychology from Indiana University and has served on the boards and grants committees of both the Chicago Foundation for Women and Women for Riley. She brings a thoughtful, team-oriented approach to every initiative—rooted in clear communication, strategic vision, and a passion for building partnerships that drive measurable impact.
