Liane Hulka
After graduating from Indiana University, Liane started her career as a Governor’s Fellow for the late Gov. Frank O’Bannon before graduating from the Maurer School of Law in 2005. She worked in litigation at a large law firm for three years before transitioning to the Indiana General Assembly as Assistant Majority Counsel for Indiana House Democrats from 2007-08. Liane has served as political consultant for numerous candidates and enjoys her time as political commentator for Fox-59, WISH-TV, and WTHR. She currently works as counsel to Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Trustee Ann Delaney.
Liane is a co-founder of Indiana Reproductive Freedom PAC and served as its first Board Chair and Executive Director. Liane also co-founded and led the women's leadership initiative, Hoosier Women Forward, Inc. In 2020, she created Vote Safe Indiana to help Hoosiers understand their rights to safely vote during the COVID-19 pandemic. Liane knows the ongoing efforts to restrict Hoosiers’ access to reproductive health care have been part of a deliberate and strategic campaign. She is committed to being part of the movement to restore and expand reproductive health care access for all Hoosiers.
